My teachers
IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 2 Practitioner, studied with Lead Trainers Osnat Arbel and Pam Krause, after having discovered IFS in 2014. I have also completed trainings on integrating polyvagal theory into IFS practice with Alexia Rothman and Deb Dana.
On my journey to becoming a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication with the assessor Johannes Henn. I have been practicing NVC since 2011, with over 100 days of training from certified trainers.
In addition, I have studied Focusing with Simon McKibbin and I am training in Alexander Technique at Karen Wentworth's school, London, UK.
My family
I was born in what were once the Pontine Marshes, just south of Rome, in 1988. My mother has born in Tripoli, Libya, my father in Benevento, southern Italy.
Having grown up in a small village, we moved to a small town. I studied Theoretical Physics, Complex Systems, and Education at universities in Rome, Lyon and London, where I now live with my beloved wife.
